Managing Product Set up and Order Placing - creating codes, updating product information, communicating to suppliers and Merch team.
Liaising with Far East suppliers
Photography and artworks - arranging samples pick up/ drop off with studio
Follow up from Supplier meetings and Range Reviews
Briefing Design teams - Create brief with buyers for own label products
Managing Internet - Manage Buyers Admin to ensure lines uploaded on internet
General data input
Experience/Skills Required:
Currently in a Buying Assistant or Assistant Buyer role looking for additional responsibilities and development.
Eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
Strong Excel experience is essential Computer literacy to include working knowledge of Microsoft systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong numerical skills and ability to analyse data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
