VoIP Telecommunications Engineer

Responsibilities:
Install and support VoIP equipment at customer sites, ensuring service effectiveness within agreed timelines and company standards.
Maintain clear communication between accredited partners, sales teams, and customers for efficient service delivery.
Provide expert consultancy, advice, and support to customers based on their specific needs.
Act as a liaison between the company and third-party network service providers.
Ensure customers receive the most suitable VoIP solutions to meet their unique requirements.
Plan and coordinate comprehensive customer training on VoIP products and their benefits.
Organize travel and accommodation adhering to company procedures for efficient on-site visits.
Develop strong interpersonal and presentation skills to build trust and confidence during client interactions.
Complete all required documentation for equipment installation, configuration, and commissioning.
Drive complete customer satisfaction in all aspects of completed work.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of VoIP experience
Strong understanding of telephony and/or LAN/WAN solutions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel as required
