Non-Contentious Construction - Associate/Senior Associate - up to £85,000 salary
The Role
This Top-Tier firms construction and engineering team advises clients across a wide variety of sectors and has significant expertise in large, complex development and urban regeneration projects; operations and facilities management; infrastructure and energy projects; and education and healthcare.
Due to the expansion of the firm’s Construction team, it is now seeking to appoint an Associate/Senior Associate ideally between 2-6 years PQE who will be working closely with our clients and their professional consultants when drafting and negotiating.
The firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong lawyer with experience gained in a city firm, who can develop relationships and easily tap into a lucrative client base.
The Candidate
Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor 2-6 years post qualification experience
Ideally trained or gained experience within a similar city law firm
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied caseload
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
A passion for business development is essential
