Customer Support Advisor

Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, and two Saturdays per month, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist customers with parcel tracking and resolution of delivery-related issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and implement service improvements.
Develop customer support documentation, including FAQ resources.
Manage product returns, repairs, and warranty claims efficiently.
Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and effectiveness.
